A special Buyback Program for alumni allows alumni to “buy back” years they missed. Advance registration is strongly encouraged, but we understand that this is not always possible. Please register as early as possible, as some events sell out, and there are higher registration prices for some events after specific dates! We do take walk-in registrations at events over the weekend, but note that there tend to be lines for walk-in registration at those events.

1. Go to the Reunion Weekend Registration page and select “Already Registered” in the bottom left corner.
2. Enter your email address and confirmation number (located in your original confirmation email) and click the “Login” button.
3. You will then be redirected to your confirmation page. Scroll down and select “Modify Registration” located in the center of the page.
4. This will bring you to your personal information page. Here, if you wish, you can change any information regarding your personal information or that of your guest. Once finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Next.”
5. The next page will ask you to confirm whether or not you would like your name displayed on the Who’s Coming page of the reunion website. After answering “Yes” or “No,” click the “Next” button.
6. The next screen refers to your registration items, this page will not need your attention. Please press “Next” to continue.
7. The next page is the Sessions page, which will show you all available Reunion Weekend events. Here, you can modify the events you are currently registered for and add more events to your schedule. Once finished, click the “Next” button.
8. You will be directed to the “Registration Summary” page. If your information looks correct, select the “Next” button.
9. This will take you to your “Order Summary” page, where you can add any payment information necessary. Once you have entered your payment information for any paid events added, click “Finish.”
10. After updating your registration, you will receive a confirmation email

1. Go to the Reunion Weekend Registration page and select “Already Registered” in the bottom left corner.

9. This will take you to your Order Summary page, where you can add any payment information necessary. Once you have confirmed your information, click “Finish.”
10. After completing your updated registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the updated information.

If you’ve already registered, and would like to permanently cancel your registration, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the Reunion Weekend Registration page and select “Already Registered” in the bottom left corner.
2. Enter your email address and confirmation number (which can be found in your original confirmation email) and click the “Login” button.
3. You will then be redirected to your confirmation page. Scroll down and select the “Cancel Registration” button, located in the middle of the page.
4. You will be redirected to the “Refund” page. Scroll down, and you will see the total amount that you will be refunded for canceling your Reunion Weekend registration. Once you have confirmed your desire to cancel, press “Submit.”

For many reunion events, pricing is tiered and the price that you pay depends on when you register. Early Bird pricing applies to anything registered and paid for through April 21. Regular pricing applies to anything registered and paid for through May 19. Walk-in pricing is for any registrations or payments made during Reunion Weekend.

The Magis Society recognizes Georgetown University undergraduate alumni who have celebrated their 50th Reunion. Alumni become Magis Society members during the Magis Medallion Ceremony, which kicks off the 50th Reunion weekend. Magis alumni are invited to attend Reunion Weekend every year, rather than milestone reunions (5th Reunion, 10th Reunion, etc.). During the weekend, Magis alumni are welcome to attend all general reunion programming and the Magis Society Reception and Dinner hosted on Saturday night of Reunion Weekend.

You are welcome to bring guests to celebrate with you—including family, friends, and kids! Kid-friendly events will be denoted as “Kid-friendly” in the weekend schedule.

Be sure to check the weather forecast, as spring in Washington, DC, can be unpredictable. Daytime temperatures are typically between 75 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit, while evening temperatures are between 65 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures may also vary by room and venue, so for your own comfort, we recommend that you dress in layers. During the day, events and clothing are casual. Please consult the schedule of events for specific recommended class party attire.

We highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes throughout the weekend. Golf carts and drivers will be available to transport anyone requiring transportation assistance. We also recommend using the official interactive map of campus, which is also available in the Reunion Weekend mobile app. Additionally, there are other wonderful resources available for campus navigation on Georgetown’s website, such as the ADA map of campus. The Southwest Quad parking garage will be available throughout Reunion Weekend.

Passenger vehicle traffic is very limited on campus. When taking a taxi or other ridesharing service to Georgetown University, the best destination is Healy Gates at 37th & O Street, NW.

Purchase your Hoya gear in the Georgetown University Bookstore, located in the recently renovated Leavey Center.

There are several eateries on campus at Epicurean & Co. and in the Leavey Center. The Tombs, Call Your Mother Deli, and 1789 Restaurant are located just off campus.

A room is available in Alumni House during the hours of open house where nursing parents can take a break from reunion activities in private.

White House Nannies: Our recommended childcare provider may be able to provide fully screened and agency-qualified caregivers for individual needs during the weekend. Student Employment Office: The Student Employment Office serves as a clearinghouse for students available for babysitting positions, but it is not a direct matching service. To employ childcare services from Georgetown students, go to the student employment website, click on “Off-Campus Employers,” then click on “Post a Job” and complete the required information. We recommend that you post your request at least one week in advance. Please call 202-687-4187 for more information.

Hotel Referrals: Many hotels offer babysitting referrals. Please check the Accommodations section for a list of hotels and contact them directly about specific offerings.

Personal Referrals: You can also seek recommendations from classmates or organize babysitters for groups. Your class’s Facebook page can be a great resource for finding a childcare provider.
