Rebecca Pearcey is a partner with Bryson Gillette, a strategic communications and public affairs firm based in Los Angeles and Washington, DC, overseeing local, state, and national political campaigns for the firm.

Pearcey previously served as Senator Elizabeth Warren’s political director and senior advisor to her presidential campaign, overseeing strategy in all 57 states and territories, and managing staff in over 30 states.

In 2018, Pearcey directed the national independent expenditure campaign for the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, a cycle in which Democrats flipped over 400 legislative seats and eight chambers. In 2020, she served as a senior advisor to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. During her 20-year career, she has steered hundreds of campaigns across the country. Pearcey also spent a cycle at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee as the Northeast Political Director, where she oversaw operations for the Committee in 27 competitive House races.

In 2010, Pearcey worked for the Clinton Health Access Initiative embedded in the South African National Department of Health to advise senior level staff, NGO advisors, and Ministry of Health on social mobilization strategies to sustain an increased level of HIV tests conducted and ongoing patient treatment approaches throughout South Africa, resulting in nearly 12 million HIV tests conducted during her tenure.

Pearcey currently mentors up-and-coming operatives through the Blue Leadership Collaborative, which trains diverse young talent in strategic campaign management. A native of Oregon, Pearcey is now based in Washington, DC.
