Fr. Otto Hentz, S.J. (HON'66)
Otto Hentz, S.J., (HON’66) was born in 1938 and entered the Society of Jesus in 1955 after graduating from St. Joseph Prep, a Jesuit high school in Philadelphia. He taught philosophy first at Georgetown University from 1962 to 1965. Following the ordinary course in theology, he was ordained into the priesthood in 1968, completed his doctorate at the University of Chicago, and returned to Georgetown, where he has been a professor of theology since 1973 teaching Problem of God among other classes. He has also served as director of Georgetown Student Volunteers in Latin America.
