Rebecca Pearcey is a partner at strategic communications and public affairs firm Bryson Gillette, where she oversees local, state, and national political campaigns. One of the most accomplished political operatives in the country, Pearcey previously served as Political Director and Senior Advisor during Senator Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign—overseeing strategy across all 57 states and territories and managing staff in over 30 states. In 2018, she directed the national independent expenditure campaign for the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, a cycle in which Democrats flipped over 400 legislative seats and eight chambers. She also served as a Senior Advisor to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in 2020 and oversaw 27 competitive House races as its Northeast Political DirectorPearcey also previously worked with the Clinton Health Access Initiative embedded in South Africa's National Department of Health, advising on HIV mobilization strategies which resulted in nearly 12 million tests conducted during her tenure.
