Muriel Maignan Wilkins, managing partner and co-founder of Paravis Partners, is a C-suite advisor and executive coach with a nearly 20-year track record of helping senior leaders take their effectiveness to the next level. She is the host of the Harvard Business Review podcast “Coaching Real Leaders” and the co-author ofOwn the Room: Discover Your Signature Voice to Master Your Leadership Presence. Wilkins specializes in supporting executives in the areas of C-suite leadership, onboarding, leadership presence, succession support, and leading with equity. She has served senior-level clients across a number of industries including management consulting, private equity, biotech, financial services, retail, and nonprofits. Before co-founding Paravis Partners, Wilkins’ executive leadership experience included holding marketing, strategy and P&L roles at organizations including U.S. News & World Report, Accenture, and Prudential. She was recognized by the Washington Business Journal as one D.C.’s “Top Minority Business Leaders”. 

Wilkins holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a marketing degree from Georgetown University, and a leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University. She grew up in North Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean but has called Washington D.C. home for the past 30 years where she lives with her life partner, teenage twins, and her very senior, boxer dog.
