Luke is the Co-Founder and CEO of Latch, a product system of software, devices, and services that make buildings better places to live, work, and visit. From starting around a kitchen table in 2014 all the way through listing on Nasdaq in 2021, the company has worked in partnership with some of the world’s leading real estate operators, including AvalonBay, Brookfield, and Tishman-Speyer, with more than 1 in 10 new apartments in the United States now being built with Latch products.

Before Latch, Luke spent four years at Apple within the Retail and Worldwide Government Affairs practices, working on international market expansion and privacy policy. From 2011-2013 he also spent time in Haiti developing emerging market technology products with support from the Clinton Global Initiative, Habitat for Humanity, and the Dell Social Innovation Fund.

He holds degrees from Georgetown University and Imperial College London, where he studied as a Marshall Scholar.
