Alan Di Sciullo, Esq. is the former director of global real estate for Shearman & Sterling LLP. He spent a large portion of his career with Morgan Stanley as first vice president and senior counsel where he was responsible for the company’s real estate transactions and related litigations. He also served as a clerk for Judge John H. Sachs on the United States Tax Court.

Di Sciullo was a member of President Reagan’s Private Sector Survey on Cost Control (PSSCC) and was elected a fellow of the American College of Real Estates Lawyers (ACREL) in 2003. He has served as an executive, council and planning member of the American Bar Association’s Real Property Trust & Estate (RPTE).

Di Sciullo earned a bachelor’s degree in government and economics from Georgetown University, an MBA in finance from NYU, and his J.D. from Georgetown Law. He has been listed as a “super lawyer” in Who’s Who in America and the World and companion publications for American lawyers, finance, and emerging leaders. Di Sciullo is a co-author of “Negotiating and Drafting Commercial Leases,” a 2500-page treatise published in the Law Journal Seminars-Press in 1995. 

Di Sciullo is presently an advisory director for Georgetown University’s Wall Street Alliance. He is still connected with the Friends of Georgetown Rowing, his Georgetown Voice colleagues, and his rugby teammates. He is also an adjunct professor at New York University’s Schack Master’s in Real Estate program where he has been teaching for 30 years.
