Harrison Beacher is a proud father of two, a native Washingtonian, and Managing Partner of the Coalition Properties Group, a top-producing real estate sales team serving the DC metro area, Philadelphia, and central Virginia with Keller Williams Capital Properties. Personally responsible for over $350 million in sales and 660+ families served, Beacher’s team is approaching $1 billion in career volume and nearly 2,000 families helped. His mission is to be the bridge to his community for all things real estate, lifestyle, and wealth building. A nationally recognized leader, he is the 2026 president for the District of Columbia association of realtors. Beacher was named to Realtor® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2016 and was an inaugural Fair Housing Champion recognized by NAR in 2022. He served as GCAAR’s 2022 president, was named 2023 Realtor® of the Year, and also chaired NAR’s 2024 Meetings & Conference Committee and remains active on NAR’s Board of Directors. Beacher and his wife are raising their children, Hall and Temple, in Northeast DC’s Michigan Park, where they are deeply rooted in the community. A retired DJ and national speaker, Beacher trains agents on referral growth, DEI, and business strategy.
