On-Campus Housing

Staying on campus epitomizes the back-to-school experience, putting you in the center of the action and great camaraderie. The Copley Residence Hall and Village C East Residence Hall will be open for on-campus housing for Main Campus Reunion Weekend. Copley Residence Hall is arranged in suites with two adjoining double occupancy rooms and one bathroom between them. Village C East Residence Hall has double occupancy rooms, each with a private bath. All rooms are carpeted, air-conditioned, and furnished. Linens provided include a bath towel for each individual, bed sheets, blanket, and pillow.

Copley Residence Hall

• $162 for two double occupancy rooms (four people) with a shared bathroom, per night, which includes 14.5 percent D.C. sales and occupancy tax for the room and 5.75 percent DC sales tax on linen.

Village C East

• $90 for one double occupancy room (two people) with a private bathroom, per night, which includes 14.5 percent D.C. sales and occupancy tax for the room and 5.75 percent DC sales tax on linen.

There is no daily housekeeping service or linen exchange. We recommend bringing an additional towel for your stay.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide cribs or rollaway beds. Local and university phone service is included in each room; guests may access outside the local and university phone network using an 800-number and personal calling card.

In Copley Residence Hall, rooms will be reserved as suites, offering occupancy for up to 4 people. If staying in Village C East Residence Hall, rooms will be reserved for up to two people. Bring your family or arrange to stay with your old roommates! Only one member of the group needs to register for housing. In the space indicated on the registration form, please list the names of the other attendees who will be sharing the suite or room with you.

Space is limited, so please register by May 9 to guarantee your room. A limited number of single rooms also may be available. If you are interested in single rooms, please use the Web form to contact our Advancement Events team or leave a message on the Advancement Events Hotline at (202) 687-2064. Single rooms will have the same rate as double occupancy rooms.

Check-in hours will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. We recommend you park in the Southwest Quad parking garage. Please note that you will receive one key for your suite. Additional keys may be issued for each guest name submitted on the registration form.

You must check out by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Secure rooms for luggage storage will be available in the Leavey Center Program Room Sunday until 1 p.m. so that you can check out before Sunday's activities.
